The 101 nozzle does not require a pump and will draw fluids up to 1.5m vertically.

The JACO "ONE SHOT" system applies lubricants by using a small pnuematic pump to project a set amount lubricant onto the job or by mixing this lubricant in an air mix nozzle which is used to spread the pattern. The JACO system is unique in that a separate pump is used for each nozzle, ensuring accurate, consistent performance for each point. A pump system is made up by deciding how many points are required and which of the three types of spray kits should be used.
TYPE "A" Solid shot without air for small accurate amounts.
TYPE "B" With air spray where a higher amount of spread is required.
TYPE "C" A larger version of type "B"

A cam actuated control valve or air solenoid valve operates the pumps simultanously. Cycle rates of up to 200 strokes per minute are possible.
